CDL-A Truck Driver - Dedicated Round Trips

Located in Fort Wayne, IN, this position seeks experienced CDL-A drivers to operate a specialized fleet transporting ATVs from a major manufacturer to regional dealerships. The role is suited to professional drivers who prefer structured freight, consistent mileage, newer equipment, and a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.

  • Weekly average: $1,730–$1,923
  • Annual average: $90,000–$100,000
  • 2,400–2,500+ miles per week; top drivers average 12,000 miles per month
  • Sign-on bonus: $6,000 (total)
• Load profile
  • All loads are round trip
  • Pickups by appointment
  • Most drivers complete approximately 2 loads per week
  • Loads generally include 2–4 stops
  • Typical load carries 8 units
  • Additional pay: stop pay $75; ranger pay $12 per load; securement pay $12 per unit
• Equipment
  • Automatic Volvos, Freightliners, Internationals, and Kenworths
  • Fleet consists of trucks 3 years old or newer
