We are recruiting all throughout Kent, especially in the following locations:

Responsibilities:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills to relate effectively with co-workers and
patients
- Ability to problem solve and de-escalate crisis situations
- Experience with Individual, family, and group therapy practice
- Previous care experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Working knowledge of clinical diagnoses for mental health population
- Computer literacy and ability to conduct data entry
- Supporting and
monitoring their healthcare needs, including administering medication and temperature checks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a good team player
- The sensitivity and energy required to provide a trusting, stimulating
and varied lifestyle for the patients
- A genuine desire to make a real difference in people’s lives
- A strong, flexible mental aptitude and an ability to cope with the
physical demands of the role
- NVQ level 2 in a relevant care setting is preferable but not essential
Requirements:
- DBS
- Experience in support work.
- Right to work
- 2 references
