Plastics Finishing & Fabrication Operator

What You'll Tackle

• Run injection molding presses and keep output on target
• Trim and deburr parts to remove flash and sharpen edges
• Paint raw product to meet customer specs and finish standards
• Perform in-process checks to ensure quality specifications are met
• Package, label, and prepare finished goods for shipment

Must-Haves

• Hands-on machine operator experience
• Proficiency with air tools and hand tools
• Solid math abilities (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
• Capability to lift 50 lbs and remain standing for long periods
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Works well independently and within a team
• Follows detailed instructions accurately
• Reliable transportation

Nice to Have

• High school diploma/GED (preferred)
• Previous plastics manufacturing exposure
