Maintenance and Engineering Leader — High‑Volume Packaging

What if your leadership could reduce unplanned downtime and elevate safety—this quarter?

At KIK Consumer Products, we build brands people count on to clean, sanitize, and protect their homes and pools. We’re looking for a Maintenance and Engineering Leader to turn reliability ambition into measurable outcomes—faster changeovers, tighter PM compliance, safer ergonomics, smarter MRO spend, and capital projects that move the productivity needle.

The Challenge

In a 24/7, fast-moving operation, you’ll align technicians, production, quality, and supply chain around a simple goal: equipment that runs safely, efficiently, and predictably. You’ll transform data into action using MaintainX and integrated manufacturing systems, mentor a skilled team, and keep leadership informed with crisp, daily insights.

What You’ll Lead

  • Hit and exceed targets across safety, quality, cost, and production.
  • Coordinate cross-functional productivity efforts across shifts and departments.
  • Own budgets—especially MRO—balancing reliability risk with cost discipline.
  • Deploy a Maintenance Program grounded in good manufacturing practices to cut waste/cost, improve productivity, and reduce cycle time.
  • Deliver against operational metrics: delivery, productivity, equipment reliability, parts inventory, and quality.
  • Report daily on safety, quality, schedules, delivery, capacity and staffing.
  • Analyze equipment performance to uncover and act on continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Build and sustain a PM system that increases plant efficiency.
  • Scope, justify, and implement capital expense projects.
  • Recruit, mentor, and evaluate team members; reinforce standard work, attendance, safety, and code of conduct; grow technical and interpersonal capabilities.
  • Lead rapid problem solving and root-cause analysis on the floor.
  • Achieve cost reduction goals, cut waste, enhance quality, and fix ergonomic issues.
  • Identify EHS hazards and implement effective controls.
  • Author, standardize, and refine standard work.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred; High School Diploma required.
  • 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance with lean practices; bottle manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end plant operations (manufacturing industry required).
  • Experience with MaintainX or similar CMMS platform.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
  • Thrives under fast pace; effective independently and across all organizational levels.
  • Hands-on with integrated/computerized manufacturing systems; JDE experience is preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of EPA regulations.
  • Advanced Microsoft proficiency—especially Excel.
  • Proven analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing or 5S experience preferred.
  • Deadline-driven with a track record of quality execution.
  • Detail oriented; able to navigate multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Where You’ll Work

Industrial indoor/outdoor production environment that is not climate controlled. You will regularly enter areas requiring stairs or ladders, respirator protection, and entry into confined spaces. Operations run 24/7, and you may need to be available during off-shift hours.

What You’ll Gain

Competitive pay and a full benefits package: health, wellness, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; retirement savings with employer match; and Education Assistance to support continuous learning.
