Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support in Czech via phone, email, and chat

Follow internal procedures and quality guidelines
Candidate Profile
Fluent Czech (C1 level)
English at B2 level
Strong communication skills
Basic computer literacy
Positive and service-oriented mindset
Willingness to relocate to Greece
Flexibility to work in shifts if required
No previous customer service experience is required. The paid training program will provide all necessary knowledge and tools to perform successfully.
