Caddis Solutions is a Maryland-based engineering company supporting mission-critical work across the U.S. Department of War and Intelligence Community. Our engineers solve challenging technical problems across software, cloud, SI/ML, data, and systems engineering.
As a small company, we offer something larger organizations often can’t: direct access to leadership, less bureaucracy, greater individual impact, and highly competitive compensation. We invest in strong engineers, give them room to grow, and focus on creating an environment where talented people can do meaningful work without getting buried in corporate overhead.

If you like understanding what happens after software is written—how it’s deployed, how its components interact, and how to keep it healthy—this role gives you that connection.
This role requires at least 5 years of relevant experience with a qualifying bachelor’s degree, 3 years with a qualifying master’s degree, or 7 years of relevant experience without a bachelor’s degree.
