Regional CDL-A Truck Driver - Home Weekly Reset

10-4 Logistics USA is hiring CDL-A regional drivers based in Henrietta, NY. This position offers consistent weekly home time, mileage-based pay, and a $4,000 sign‑on bonus. Drivers operate on Northeast regional lanes with routes commonly running from Northern North Carolina through New England and as far west as Eastern Ohio, with regular home time on Saturdays and Sundays.

Compensation and benefits

• $4,000 sign‑on bonus
• $0.80–$0.85 per mile
• Home Saturday and Sunday for a 34‑hour reset
• Average 1,500 miles per week, dependent on hours and freight availability
• Average length of haul approximately 400 miles
• Up to $0.03 per mile performance bonus (up to 3 CPM) based on safety, mileage, and productivity
• Additional stop pay: $20 for the first stop, $35 for the second, $50 for the third and beyond
• Long Island delivery pay: $65
• Detention pay: $12.50 per hour after 2 hours
• Equipment: 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth tractors

• Top regional drivers on this fleet may earn up to $1,850 weekly

Lane details

• Drivers run a mix of live loads and preloaded trailers across the Northeast regional network.
• Typical operating area is Virginia to Maine, with frequent freight movement from Northern North Carolina up to Maine and occasional runs as far west as Eastern Ohio.
• From the Henrietta (Rochester) base, drivers will commonly service upstate New York markets (Rochester, Syracuse, Buffalo) as part of broader Northeast routes.
• Occasional assignments outside the primary area may be used to maximize miles while maintaining weekly reset time.
• Drivers who choose to stay out instead of returning home for their reset may have the opportunity to run additional weekend freight for extra miles and pay.
• Willingness to drive in New York City or other urban delivery locations is considered a plus but is not required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable tractor‑trailer experience
