100Hires is an AI Applicant Tracking System rated #1 for startups and small businesses by Forbes. Hiring is central to every organisation; by helping businesses build strong teams, we aim to improve outcomes for companies and communities. We are seeking a sharp, curious, self‑driven individual to join our team as a Junior Growth Marketing Specialist based in Hyderabad, Telangana.
Role overview
- Work directly with the CEO to design and execute growth marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Use AI tools (for example, Claude Code and Cursor) routinely as productivity multipliers while applying independent judgement and editorial oversight.
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy and receive direct feedback from leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Research marketing channels, identify effective approaches, and develop repeatable playbooks.
- Produce high‑quality marketing content including blog articles, comparison pages, landing pages, and email sequences.
- Use AI tools daily to generate drafts and ideas, then fact‑check, verify claims, and convert rough output into clear, production‑ready English.
- Work with data to track performance, iterate on what works, and discontinue ineffective efforts.
- Manage time and priorities independently, maintaining high standards for deliverables.
Skills and attributes
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and solve problems independently.
- Sound judgement to distinguish high‑quality work from low‑quality or AI‑generated output.
- Attention to accuracy: ability to verify claims, identify weak reasoning, and prevent factual errors.
- Creativity in combining ideas and producing original content beyond standard templates.
- Self‑reliance: proactive in seeking information (documentation, tutorials, AI assistants) rather than waiting for instructions.
- Comfort with new tools, ambiguity, and changing priorities.
- Strong written English; spoken English need not be perfect but writing must be clear and precise.
Candidate profile
- Formal qualifications, years of experience, or the institution attended are not determinative; selection is based on demonstrated ability to learn, think critically, and deliver quality work.
