Responsibilities
- Reconciliation of any discrepancies that occur during cash drawer count down/open
- Interactions with difficult customers/repairs
- Ensuring the store operates within given budget
- Daily opening and closing of store and maintenance of all shop equipment
- Keeping morale up with teammates and Conducting regular team evaluations
- Building good relationships with the local service providers and local community
- Continuing technical training as technology changes and advances
