Wall Sheeting / Building Erector

Pay: $26.93 - $32.43 per hour

Job description:

Holland Sharpe is currently seeking experienced Wall Sheeting / Building Erectors for project-based industrial work in the Clarksville, TN area. We are looking for dependable individuals with experience in metal building construction, exterior sheeting, and structural installation.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Previous experience with wall sheeting, metal building erection, or industrial construction
• Install metal wall panels, exterior sheeting, siding, and related building components
• Assist with the erection and assembly of pre-engineered metal buildings and structural components
• Measure, position, align, and secure wall panels according to project specifications
• Read and follow blueprints, construction drawings, layouts, and measurements
• Install trim, flashing, closures, fasteners, and other exterior building components
• Use hand tools, power tools, drills, impact drivers, saws, levels, and measuring equipment
• Work from ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts as required by the project
• Assist with positioning and securing materials during building erection
• Work closely with ironworkers, welders, millwrights, and other skilled trades on the jobsite
• Follow all required jobsite safety procedures, fall protection requirements, and PPE standards
• Must be comfortable working outdoors and at heights in an industrial construction environment
• Must be dependable and able to work efficiently as part of a field construction crew
