Tool Crib Attendant

GTC is a Federal Contractor, below are some must haves:

1. **Must be a US Citizen
2. **Must be 18 or older
3. **Must have clean criminal background (No Felonies)
4. **Must be able to pass multi panel drug test

FUNCTION:

Dispenses perishable tools and supplies to fab and assembly personnel.Maintains inventory in an accurate and organized manner.

KEY RESULT AREAS:

• Maintains accurate inventory count by receiving, issuing and storing products.
• A zero downtime metric due to "standard" tool shortages.
• Product is removed from stock inventory when sent to manufacturing.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Uses Cribware software to check out supplies.

• Performs receiving inspection on all incoming orders.

• Performs daily cycle count of inventory and adjusts the database to reflect accurate numbers.

• Maintains clean and organized work area.

• Tracks cylinder rental and monthly budget expenses.

• Material handling as necessary.

• Assumes other responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Must be a US citizen.

• Working knowledge of PC's (Microsoft Office, ERP systems, email).

• Fundamental understanding of NADCAP and AWS requirements.

• Fundamental understanding of fabrication and assembly practices and methods.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

• High degree of attention to detail (inventory control, data entry and related databases).
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

You should be proficient in:

• National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program (NADCAP)

Machines & technologies you'll use:
