What You’ll Do
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on plant electrical systems and production equipment.
- Quickly troubleshoot and resolve faults to minimize downtime.
- Audit systems for safety and code compliance; complete documentation for all inspections and work performed.
- Coordinate with maintenance and operations to schedule repairs and plan equipment upgrades.
- Own accurate work records: work orders, parts, and repair logs.
- Support installation and commissioning of new power and controls.
- Provide rapid response to electrical emergencies and outages.
- Engage in training to expand your technical depth and site knowledge.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- Experience as an industrial electrician or similar maintenance position.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, circuitry, and safety procedures.
- Proficiency reading schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
- Proven problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communicator and collaborative teammate.
- Willing to support flexible scheduling, including weekends and on-call.
- Licensure or certification as an electrician is a plus.
