Industrial Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Specialist

Join a High-Performing Manufacturing Team

An exceptional manufacturing operation is hiring an experienced plant maintenance professional (Technician I or II). If you thrive in a fast-paced, multi-craft environment and love keeping production running at peak performance, this role is for you.

Shift & Compensation

  • Schedule: Night shift, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Sunday 11:00 PM through Friday 7:30 AM)

What Your Nights Look Like

When the line is moving, you’re the person operators count on. You’ll execute preventive maintenance, jump on urgent repairs, and keep a sharp eye on parts inventory so the plant hits maximum output. You’ll balance scheduled PMs with unplanned fixes, collaborate with production, and document it all in the CMMS. • Support Daily Management priorities and operational initiatives.
  • Contribute to Continuous Improvement efforts that raise safety standards and production efficiency.
  • Partner closely with Production to keep equipment safe, reliable, and available.

  • Applies Lockout/Tagout procedures and follows Arc Flash/PPE requirements.
  • Strong with electrical formulas and mechanical math.
  • Experienced with 3-phase industrial power and distribution systems.
  • Hands-on with AC, DC, and servo motor/drive systems.
  • Capable of troubleshooting PLC I/O and networks.
  • Motion control fundamentals with servo drives and motors.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Word.

Education & Experience

  • High school or vocational school diploma (or equivalent) required.
  • Technician-level experience in electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatics preferred.
  • 2+ years in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, and controls.
