Our customers build their homes around our products and expect a high level of craftsmanship and finish.The Role We’re seeking a Finishing Painter & Product Detailer who can balance precision and quantity. This position is responsible for applying high-temperature coatings to metal hearth products using a Binks HVLP air-assisted spray system. You’ll be trusted to create a flawless, furniture-grade finish while keeping up with production schedules.What You’ll Do- Prepare, clean, and mask components for painting.

• Apply high-temperature coatings with consistent, professional results.
• Adhere to spray gun manufacturer guidelines, paint manufacturer instructions, and industry best practices to ensure consistent, durable finishes.
• Maintain a steady production pace while holding every piece to our quality standard.
• Perform finishing tasks including light assembly, stainless steel cleaning/polishing, and packaging of finished parts.
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe.
• Maintain your painting equipment, including thoroughly cleaning the spray gun daily.
• Work a consistent Monday–Friday, 7:00–3:30 schedule, arriving on time and maintaining productivity throughout the day.

What We’re Looking For- Experience in painting, finishing, or related trades (automotive, woodworking, custom metalwork, or furniture finishing is a plus).
