A day in the role

Kick off by reviewing project specs with the design team. Set up the appropriate press for the job—digital, web offset, or inkjet—dialing in color and registration. Throughout the run, you’ll monitor output, fine-tune as needed, and handle routine maintenance to keep equipment humming. You’ll finish by inspecting the work, documenting production details, and resetting the area so the next job starts strong.

What you’ll do

• Set up and operate multiple types of printing equipment to achieve top-tier results.
• Track color and design integrity during runs, adjusting for accuracy and consistency.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot printing machinery issues.

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing technology is a plus.
