**Role Description/Primary Function:
**
Responsible for securing profitable work through comprehensive electrical estimates and superior customer service, while effectively utilizing and developing the team.
**Responsibilities:
**
Manage estimating process and timeliness to meet company objectives, both short and long term.
Perform necessary research to produce accurate, complete and competitive pricing.
Communicate with customers to define the project scope, address deficiencies, negotiate pricing and build relationships.
Provide leadership, direction and training to assigned estimating team members.
Prepare and present completed estimating packages to company executives and senior management.
Continuously follow up on all bid projects and accurately forecast future award/probabilities.
Partner with Field Operations to property transfer awarded projects and perform buyouts when necessary.
**Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience:
**
Five or more years of relevant electrical estimating experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software (Accubid preferred).
Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast-paced work environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Must be organized, detail-orientated and efficient.
Ability to provide a high level of customer service.
Demonstrate and uphold all of company`s core values, which include integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation and growth.
Ability to work on-site in Hampstead, MD and manage multiple estimates and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
**Position 02: Electrical Project Manager
**
**Location: Baltimore, MD
**

**Role Description
**
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Baltimore, MD, for an Electrical Project Manager. The candidate will oversee electrical projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required specifications. Responsibilities include managing project budgets, schedules, and resources, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with electrical standards and safety regulations. The role also involves problem-solving technical challenges and providing leadership to project teams.

Proficiency in Electricity and Electrical Contracting methods
Experience in Budgeting and managing resources effectively
Knowledge of Electrical Design principles and specifications
Understanding of Electrical Engineering concepts and applications
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with electrical project management tools and technologies
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Prior experience in the electrical contracting or construction industry is a plus
