365 Freight USA is expanding fleet operations and seeking safety-focused Class A CDL professionals based in the Harrisburg, PA area to operate regional lanes across the Eastern U.S. corridor (East of I-35). The position emphasizes consistent miles, newer equipment, 100% paid practical miles, secure terminal parking at the Harrisburg terminal, and reliable home time.
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed Income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week (~$92,000 annually).
- Base Rate: $0.55 CPM for all miles, both loaded and empty.
- Accessorial Pay: $20/hour detention pay (commencing after 2 hours), layover pay, and breakdown compensation.
- Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 (paid out after 3 months of service).

Route & Equipment

Qualifications & Requirements
- License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
- Record: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and an active DOT Medical Card.
- Experience — Experienced Route: Minimum of 3 months verifiable OTR or regional tractor-trailer experience.
- Experience — Trainees / Entry-Level Route: Recent CDL school graduates are welcome; up to 6 weeks of paid on-the-job training with a dedicated mentor and full tuition reimbursement up to $6,000.
