Elective Staffing is seeking a High-Reach Forklift Specialist skilled with Double-Deep Reach Trucks, Dock Stockers, and Walkie Riders. If you thrive on precision, pace, and safety, you’ll fit right in.

Core impact

• Execute high-reach activities in double-deep racks with confidence.
• Pick, put away, and replenish inventory to keep orders moving.
• Load and unload trailers while safeguarding inventory accuracy.
• Transact in real time using RF scanners and our WMS.
• Complete daily equipment inspections; report issues promptly.
• Meet safety procedures and productivity targets every shift.
• Maintain a clean, organized zone; support general warehouse tasks.

Experience that sets you up for success

• 2+ years of recent operation on all: Double-Deep Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, and Walkie Rider.
• Prior warehouse/distribution center experience is required.
• Forklift certification preferred; RF scanner experience a plus.
• Detail-oriented, safety-first approach and dependable attendance.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift 50–75 lbs.
• Must pass a forklift skills evaluation.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify).
• Reliable transportation required.
