- Guaranteed income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week, or approximately $92,000 annually.
- Base rate: $0.55 per mile for all loaded and empty miles.
- Accessorial pay: $20 per hour for detention beginning after two hours, plus layover and breakdown compensation.
- Sign-on bonus: $1,500 paid over three months.

Drivers operate predictable regional lanes east of I-35, with weekly home time and a guaranteed full 48-hour weekend reset. Assigned equipment includes 2025–2026 Freightliner and Kenworth tractors under a strict no-slip-seating policy. All tractors are equipped with APUs, 1,500-watt inverters, and factory-installed refrigerators.

Qualifications and requirements:
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A)
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Active DOT medical card
- For experienced regional routes: At least three months of verifiable OTR or regional tractor-trailer experience
Recent CDL school graduates are welcome. Entry-level drivers may receive up to six weeks of paid on-the-job training with a dedicated mentor, along with full tuition reimbursement of up to $6,000.
