What your day looks like
You arrive to a fast-moving production floor, rally your team with a focused huddle, and set priorities around safety, quality, and output. You walk the line to verify compliance with procedures, conduct quick safety audits, and make sure startup checks are complete. Throughout the shift, you monitor production rates and scrap, coach operators, and step in to resolve process or equipment issues alongside maintenance and other support personnel. You document incidents and near-misses, keep the quality bar high, and close the loop with clear communication at changeover so the next team is set up to win.
