Compensation & Rewards

  • Hourly base pay: $18–$30, based on experience, certification, and location.

What You’ll Do

  • Travel between multiple homes daily to diagnose and repair major appliances with high quality and efficiency.
  • Deliver a superior customer experience at every interaction.
  • Recommend solutions that protect and enhance the household environment.
  • Keep your vehicle and parts inventory neat, compliant, and ready.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification.
  • Mechanical aptitude with diagnostic and repair tools; prior appliance repair experience preferred.
  • Comfort following documented procedures to ensure quality workmanship.
  • Smartphone proficiency (including ordering parts).
  • Valid driver’s license in the state(s) where you work; ability to drive an automatic transmission vehicle.
  • Ability to travel extensively between service calls (up to 100%) and work variable, flexible hours with required overtime.
  • Strong reading comprehension of technical materials to answer questions, solve problems, and complete tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Physical capability to frequently lift/carry/push/pull 50 lbs; constantly up to 20 lbs; occasionally up to 100 lbs.
  • Constant reaching outward, handling/fingering, standing, walking, sitting, and typing; frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, twisting, turning, stooping, climbing, and crawling; occasional reaching above shoulder.
