Junior Commercial Driver's License Truck Driver

You’ve earned your CDL. Based in Bridgeport, CT, join our expanding Northeastern fleet and turn your license into a long-term career. Our paid training program is designed for recent CDL school graduates who want mentorship from experienced drivers, hands-on road experience, and the opportunity to earn immediately.

• $1,600–$1,800+ weekly
• Paid every Friday

What the job looks like:

• Predictable regional routes operating out of Bridgeport and throughout the Northeast
• Around 3,000 miles each week
• No-touch dry van freight
• Most loads are drop-and-hook
• Brand-new automatic trucks
• Trucks fully loaded and assigned to each driver; no slip seating
• 24/7 support from dispatch
• Home time options: home weekly or home every other week

Training program:

• Drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction qualify for paid training
• Work one-on-one with a mentor, focus on safety, and gain the road experience needed to progress with confidence

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Satisfactory driving record
• Must meet DOT and hiring requirements
• Available to start as soon as possible

Candidates should be prepared to work regional routes based from Bridgeport, CT, and to participate fully in the paid training program as required.
