Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers, including recent graduates, for Eastern Seaboard regional, no‑touch dry van operations.
- Primary responsibilities: Safely operate 53' dry van tractors; complete scheduled regional deliveries; maintain accurate ELD/logbook records and comply with Hours‑of‑Service rules; perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections; primarily drop‑and‑hook freight.
- Compensation & benefits: $1,200–$1,400 per week; $0.55–$0.65 per mile (experience dependent); $15 per stop; trainees under 6 months: $650/week for 4–6 weeks; safety bonus $0.06/mi for qualifying drivers; $300 paid orientation; medical, dental, 401(k), and PTO after 30 days.
- Schedule & equipment: Eastern Seaboard regional lanes; average ~2,500 miles/week; bi‑weekly home time (typical pattern: out ~12 days, home ~2); day or night driving as required; new drivers (<6 months) run with a trainer 4–6 weeks.
- Minimum qualifications: Valid Class A CDL and age 21+; graduate of an accredited truck driving school (minimum 120 hours); reasonably clean driving record with no DUIs in the past 5 years; no felonies or disqualifying misdemeanors in the past 10 years; no termination from most recent employment; minimum recent work history: at least 6 months in the last year and at least 1 year in the last 3 years; ability to pass pre‑employment urine and hair drug screens.
