Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting qualified candidates for multiple full-time office and administrative positions with several of our reputable local clients. These roles may include responsibilities in accounting support, clerical work, front office assistance, data entry, and general administrative support.
We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented professionals who enjoy working in a professional office environment and are looking for long-term opportunities.
Responsibilities May Include:
- Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable support
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Answering phones and directing calls professionally
- Scheduling, filing, and document management
- Supporting office managers and team members with daily tasks
- Using computers and office software efficiently
- Providing excellent internal and external customer service
Qualifications:
- AR/AP experience preferred
- Strong computer skills (email, data entry, basic office software)
- 2 or more years of office-related experience
- Stable recent job history
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Professional communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
