Which cloud do you have the deepest hands-on experience with — Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud (GCP), or both? Describe a cloud-native, event-driven microservices solution you built there. Name the specific AI services you used (for example Azure OpenAI and the broader Azure AI ecosystem, or Vertex AI on GCP) and how you handled scalability, security, and cost.
Give a concrete example of how you have used AI within the software development lifecycle itself — code generation, testing, review, or documentation — and describe the CI/CD and DevOps setup on a recent project, including your pipelines, environments, and how you enforced application-security best practices.
Describe a project where you partnered directly with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to turn an operational-excellence, automation, or workflow-orchestration need into a shipped solution. What was the business problem (e.g., design automation, design validation, permitting, or onboarding/workflow orchestration), what was your specific role, how did you mentor other engineers, and what was the measurable outcome? Familiarity with utility, engineering, construction, or permitting systems is a plus — please mention any.
This position is based in Southern California and is performed onsite from the client's office.
