Regional Class A Company Truck Driver

10-4 Logistics USA is hiring full‑time W2 Class A CDL Drivers based in Monroe, Louisiana. Opportunities are available across OTR, Regional, and Dedicated fleets, with most routes operating east of I‑35. We provide steady freight, reliable home time, modern equipment, and a comprehensive pay and benefits package. We hire experienced drivers and recent CDL school graduates through a paid training program for qualified candidates who have completed at least 120 hours of instruction.

Typical day on the job

• Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in accordance with DOT and company rules.
• Haul no‑touch dry van freight, with approximately 70% drop‑and‑hook, for major customers across the Eastern U.S.
• Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments.
• Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members.
• Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections.

Who we are looking for

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Experienced drivers are welcome; new graduates with at least 120 hours of training are also eligible.
• Satisfactory driving record and a strong safety focus.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and pre‑employment drug test.
