Your schedule

• Seven (7) workdays every two weeks
  • Week 1: Sun, Wed, Thu
  • Week 2: Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat
• 12-hour shifts
  • Day: 6:45am – 7:00pm
  • Night: 6:45pm – 7:00am (current opening is for Night Shift)
• Built-in overtime on Sundays and for all hours over 40 per week
• Voluntary overtime available

What you’ll do

• Execute written and verbal instructions to run compounding operations
• Verify item numbers, lot numbers, and quantities before and during runs
• Document production data legibly and completely
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation
• Champion safety for yourself and your team
• Complete ongoing computer-based training using basic computer skills

Preferred experience

• Blending operations and material handling
• Extruder setup and operation
• Troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude
• Team leadership or lead experience
• Proper and safe fork truck operation

Physical requirements

• Lift up to 55 lbs
• Stand for long durations
• Regularly climb, bend, and stretch
