As our Territory Growth Executive, you will expand market presence and deepen relationships across a defined area through proactive, consultative outside sales.
The opportunity
- Drive new client acquisition via market research, cold/warm calls, drop-in visits, and community networking
- Present Express capabilities to decision-makers in diverse industries
- Grow and retain an existing portfolio through regular touchpoints and value-added insights
- Translate client hiring challenges into tailored staffing strategies
- Negotiate terms and assemble client service agreements
- Structure a disciplined daily plan to engage prospects and current accounts
- Partner with recruiting and operations teams to ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction

Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm (Monday-Friday)
