What You’ll Tackle
- Prototype Creation: Operate lab-scale dispersers to produce samples per established procedures; validate results against target criteria.
- Process Alignment: Interface with technical and operations teams to ensure formulations meet manufacturing and end-use requirements.
- Supplier Collaboration: Exchange insights with raw material and equipment suppliers to capture industry trends and innovations.
- Scale-Up: Support manufacturing trials on-site and off-site; translate lab learning into production-ready plans.
- Documentation: Prepare on-time internal reports and management review drafts aligned to project timelines.
- Application Techniques: Execute manual applications and expand capability with automated methods.
- Production Support: Partner with commercial and production support teams to resolve line issues and help ensure smooth launches.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to new business initiatives and internal process enhancements; assist with business process and technical training for new hires.
What You’ll Bring
- Degree in a science-related field.
- Chemist: typically 2+ years of applicable experience.
- Dispersion technology experience: 3–10 years.
- Hands-on safety mindset: comfortable working with paints and chemicals (including isocyanates) while using required PPE.
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Proficient with basic computer tools (Office/Word/Excel).

Pay Transparency
$57,428.80 to $87,464.00. Compensation for this role is negotiable based on experience and skill set.
