You have obtained your Class A CDL and are ready to convert that credential into a long-term driving career. This opportunity is for CDL school graduates to join a Mid‑Atlantic regional fleet based in Norfolk, VA. The paid training program is designed for new drivers who want structured mentorship, practical on‑road experience, and the ability to earn without delay.

• $1,600–$1,800+ weekly

Position overview:

• Predictable regional routes focused on the Mid‑Atlantic and Eastern seaboard, operating from Norfolk, VA
• Approximately 3,000 miles per week
• No‑touch dry van freight
• Majority of loads are drop‑and‑hook
• New automatic trucks, fully loaded and assigned to each driver
• No slip seating
• 24/7 dispatch support
• Home time options available: home weekly or home every other week

Training program:

• Drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction are eligible for the paid training program
• Trainees are paired with a mentor, focus on safety, and gain practical experience to build confidence and readiness for solo operations

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Satisfactory driving record
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) and employer hiring requirements
• Available to start as soon as possible
