Injection Molding Production Technician

Your day at a glance

Step into a bright, orderly manufacturing floor where teamwork runs the show. You’ll begin your shift supporting injection molding cells, coordinating with seasoned operators and technicians to keep production flowing smoothly. Over the course of the day, you’ll:

• Load and unload parts and assist with scheduled mold changeovers
• Monitor machine performance and immediately report any issues or abnormalities
• Perform both visual checks and dimensional inspections to verify quality
• Move finished goods to the proper staging areas and grind scrap for reuse
• Capture accurate counts and maintain production and inventory records
• Keep your cell clean, organized, and safe for the next run

By shift’s end, you’ll debrief with teammates, tidy the area, and set the next run up for success.

About you

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1–3 years of experience operating production machinery; prior plastics exposure is a plus
• Hands-on, proactive learner with strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset
• Capable of routinely lifting and moving up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable team contributor with a go-getter attitude

Compensation and benefits

• Pay: $20–$22/hour
