What you’ll do

• Operate and fine-tune paper bag converting equipment and related support machinery
• Confirm job details by reviewing line orders/dockets and printing specifications
• Load paper; set size; mount cylinders; adjust pressures, web tensions, and ink laydown
• Diagnose and clear stoppages and breakdowns quickly
• Perform, record, and verify quality checks throughout each run
• Follow food safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Complete daily production records accurately
• Keep the work area clean and hazard‑free

Shifts

• Days: 7am – 7pm
• Nights: 7pm – 7am
• 223 schedule

Must‑have qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfort working 12‑hour rotating day/night shifts; available for overtime as required
• Completion of management‑assigned training courses
• Proficiency: Machine Setups for Production Runs
