In the afternoon, you’re at a nearby site inspecting a split system, replacing filters and a worn belt, and closing out a clean digital ticket. It’s steady, professional work—backed by an experienced team and a loyal customer base across Los Angeles and North Orange County.

The Mission

We’re looking for a dependable commercial HVAC technician to deliver consistent preventive maintenance, responsive service, common repairs, and standard diagnostics on commercial equipment—primarily throughout Greater LA.

Your Impact

• Execute preventive maintenance and service on commercial HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot electrical, airflow, refrigeration, and heating issues
• Service rooftop units, package units, split systems, and heat pumps
• Replace motors, belts, capacitors, contactors, and filters with precision
• Produce thorough digital service tickets, notes, and job photos
• Keep truck inventory organized and deployment-ready
• Maintain professional communication with customers and office staff

Where You’ll Operate

Most calls are in Los Angeles County, supplemented by North Orange County work and occasional Riverside support.

What You Bring

• 4+ years of HVAC field experience
• EPA certification
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Proven ability to work independently
• Reliable and professional approach

Bonus Skills

• Commercial HVAC background
• RTU proficiency

• Exposure to VRF systems and controls
