We are seeking a Remote Client Experience Specialist to support clients through scheduling, coordination, and service-related communication in a fast-paced remote environment. This remote role is open to candidates based in Louisville, KY. Training is provided. The position is well suited to organized, reliable individuals who enjoy working directly with clients in a structured support role and are motivated to learn and grow.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage client communications and respond to support requests in a timely, professional manner
