About the Role

We are looking for experienced freelance US IT recruiters who can source hard-to-find technology talent for the US market and get paid for closures rather than hours. This is a pure pay-for-performance engagement: you own your pipeline, you set your own hours within the US shift window, and you earn on every consultant you place. Ideal for independent recruiters, boutique staffing consultants, ex-agency sourcers, and US IT recruitment professionals looking for a high-upside engagement alongside existing work.

• Oracle: Oracle Fusion / ERP Cloud, HCM, SCM, EPM, Oracle Apps DBA, PL/SQL, OCI, Oracle Financials, EBS, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, DevOps, SRE, Cloud Security, Platform Engineering
• AI & Data: Machine Learning, MLOps, LLM / GenAI engineering, Data Engineering, Data Science, Computer Vision, NLP
• Niche & Emerging: SAP, Salesforce, Guidewire, ServiceNow, embedded systems, cybersecurity, blockchain, quantitative and other low-supply skill sets

What You Will Do

• Source, screen and submit qualified consultants against live US client requirements — contract, contract-to-hire and full-time
• Run advanced Boolean and x-ray sourcing across Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and your own referral network
• Screen for technical fit, US work authorization (USC, GC, H1B, H4 EAD, OPT/CPT, TN), tax term preference (W2, C2C, 1099), rate expectations and relocation willingness
• Negotiate rates and close consultants on offers
• Submit clean, formatted profiles with accurate right-to-represent documentation
• Manage the consultant through client interview, offer, onboarding and start date
• Keep the ATS updated in real time so pipeline status is always visible

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on US IT recruitment experience with a staffing firm, RPO or implementation partner
• Demonstrable closure record in Oracle, cloud, AI or other niche technology stacks
• Solid command of US tax terms, work authorization categories and rate structures
• Experience with MSP / VMS portals (Fieldglass, Beeline, IQNavigator or similar) is an advantage
• Strong sourcing craft — you can find the profiles that job boards alone will not surface
• Comfortable operating on a pure closure-linked fee model with no fixed monthly payout
• Willing and available to work US shift hours from India
• Own laptop, reliable internet, and working job board or sourcing tool access
• Excellent spoken and written English for direct consultant and account-manager communication
