10-4 Logistics USA is seeking an experienced CDL-A truck driver (Class A CDL) for regional over-the-road (OTR) assignments. Freight is 100% dry van, no-touch, with approximately 60% drop-and-hook.
Compensation & schedule

Training pay: $650 during a four-week in-cab training period with a trainer.

Base pay after training: $0.55 to $0.65 per mile (experience-dependent).

Performance bonus: $0.04 to $0.06 per mile, paid monthly.

Typical home time: Bi-weekly.

Equipment: Late-model automatic Freightliner Cascadia tractors, fully equipped.

Primary responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
- Complete assigned OTR routes to meet schedules and delivery instructions.
- Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections; report defects and maintenance needs promptly.
- Maintain accurate hours-of-service records and electronic logs.
- Ensure proper cargo handling and securement; follow drop-and-hook procedures where applicable.
- Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and customers.
- Follow fuel management, routing, and on-road safety protocols.
Minimum qualifications

Valid CDL-A (Class A CDL).

Minimum 120 hours of truck driving school instruction completed within the last 24 months (no prior OTR experience required).
- Ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements and pass required drug screening.
- Proficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and clear communication.
