The organization is seeking experienced **CNC Machinists and CNC Programmers. **These roles focus on machining complex, close-tolerance components in a job shop-style environment, producing low-to-medium volume, high-precision parts.
The primary need is for 2nd shift, though 1st shift opportunities may be considered for highly experienced candidates—especially programmers.
CNC Machinists: $28–32/hr
CNC Programmers: Up to $40/hr

Multiple Okuma mills, including new MB-5000 machines being installed
Mazatrol programming experience highly valued
Mix of prototype and production orders ranging from 1–1,000 pieces
CNC Machinists:
Set up and operate 4-axis CNC horizontal mills
Machine complex aerospace components to tight tolerances
Read blueprints and GD&T
Conduct in-process inspection and adjust offsets
Maintain safe and organized work areas
CNC Programmers:
Create and optimize CNC programs using Mazatrol and G-code
Support machining operations with setups and tooling strategies
Improve cycle times and machining processes
Collaborate with leadership and engineering teams
Background in job shop or custom machining environments
CNC setup and machining experience
Horizontal machining experience preferred
Mazatrol programming experience a strong plus
Aerospace experience helpful but not required
