Your impact

• Operate within assembly and production areas, standing and walking 8–12 hours to keep lines moving.
• Lift up to 50 lbs consistently and assist with team lifts for anything over 50 lbs.
• Partner with teammates to resolve quality concerns and implement corrective actions to prevent repeat defects.
• Follow safety, quality, and efficiency standards to help reduce costs and improve outcomes.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation to our West Point, GA facility.
• Ability to work overtime, including 12-hour shifts and weekends, as business needs arise.
• Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred but not required.

Preferred proficiencies

• Machine building/assembly familiarity.
• Mechanical assembly aptitude.
