Step into the heart of our Corona, CA Service Center
Picture your day: you open a service ticket, roll a large floor grinder onto the bench, and trace an electrical fault to a worn connector. Next up, a dust collector needs a motor swap, a power trowel requires calibration, and a light compactor is back from the field for a full evaluation. As a diagnostics-forward technician, you will evaluate, troubleshoot, and repair electric, battery, and gas-powered construction equipment, keeping customers and our field sales teams moving.
What you'll handle
- Evaluate, diagnose, and repair medium to large floor grinders, dust collectors, power trowels, and light compaction equipment.
- Provide hands-on support to Technical Services, including detailed equipment assessments and repair documentation.
- Process and triage customer returns, from intake to final quality checks.
- Rework or modify in-stock units to meet updated specifications.
- Collaborate with customers, field sales, and fellow Technical Services teammates to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
About you
- Advanced technical training or education is a plus (not required).
- 5+ years of experience in assembly, service, and/or fabrication preferred.
- Strong electrical background with solid mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic blueprints/schematics.
- Sound judgment, strong problem-solving, and effective cross-functional communication.
- Basic PC skills for documentation and research.
- Physical capability to grasp, power grip, pinch, twist/turn with body/hands; carry up to 75 lbs up/down/overhead; push; climb up/over/under; and reach around/under/over/above shoulder height.

Compensation and location
Based in our Corona, CA Service Center. For California-based hires, anticipated hourly pay is $21.00–$32.00. Final rate depends on factors such as experience (role- and industry-specific) and education. As a multi-state employer, ranges may differ outside California.
