CDL A No Experience Regional Company Driver

Begin your driving career in the Rochester, NY area with experienced professionals and start earning immediately after CDL school, debt free. 10-4 Logistics USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for our Eastern Regional Fleet operating from Rochester. This is a full-time regional dry van position with paid one-on-one mentor training, no-touch freight, and weekly or bi-weekly home time options.

  • Pay and Training
    • $850 per week during paid training
    • Paid one-on-one mentor program designed for recent CDL school graduates
    • Assigned truck after successful completion of the mentor program
    • Expected solo earnings: $1,600–$1,800+ per week
    • Paid every Friday
    • Paid orientation

    • Eastern Regional Fleet based in Rochester, NY
    • Full-time CDL-A position
    • No-touch dry van freight

  • Qualifications
    • Valid Class A CDL
    • Recent graduate of an accredited CDL school
    • Minimum 120 hours of CDL training
    • Satisfactory driving record
    • Able to meet U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and FMCSA requirements
    • Willingness to learn, communicate professionally, and operate safely
