Your First Week as an A1 Software Solutions Engineer

By midweek, you’re shaping code that follows best practices and passes reviews. Before Friday, you’ve optimized performance, fixed a couple of tricky bugs, and documented every detail so the next release is smooth.

What you’ll do

• Design, build, and maintain applications using A1 solutions to address customer needs.
• Work closely with cross-functional partners to gather and interpret requirements.
• Apply and champion coding standards to ensure high-quality, dependable delivery.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to improve performance and stability.
• Join code reviews—giving and receiving constructive technical feedback.
• Track industry trends and emerging technologies to refine how we develop software.
• Create clear documentation for processes, code changes, and specifications.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a software developer; background with A1 solutions is preferred.
• Hands-on proficiency with one or more of: Java, C#, Python.
• Experience working with databases and modern web development frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
• Collaborative approach and comfort working within a team setting.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
