We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to deliver high-quality service and tailored insurance solutions in a fully virtual work setting serving the Orlando, FL area. The role focuses on assisting clients throughout the policy lifecycle while supporting the team's sales objectives. The position operates on Eastern Time business hours.

• Assist clients in evaluating and selecting insurance products that meet their needs.
• Support policy changes, endorsements and claims management with attention to detail.
• Develop and maintain trusting, long-term client relationships through clear and professional communication.
• Stay current on market developments and available product offerings relevant to the Florida market.
