We’re looking for a technician who thrives on solving complex hydraulic and equipment challenges.

Who You Are

• A technician with 3+ years of experience and a track record of finding the root cause fast.
• Confident with hydraulics (required), with bonus points for electrical and welding.
• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable owning deadlines.
• Equipped with a valid driver’s license and personal tools.
• Ready for shop and field work, including lifting and working at heights.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems on utility trucks and related equipment.
• Use schematics, blueprints, and diagnostic software (QuickServe, DTNA, etc.) to troubleshoot efficiently.
• Perform DOT, ANSI, and dielectric inspections and testing.
• Rebuild assemblies—gearboxes, outriggers, hydraulic cylinders—and verify performance with post-repair testing.
• Complete clear, timely work orders, parts requests, and service documentation.
• Keep workspaces safe, clean, and professional.

How You’ll Work

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (overtime as needed)
• Compensation: competitive pay based on experience
