Field Service Engineer

Aegis is currently partnering with a growing manufacturer in Chassen to identify a Field Service Engineer to join their team!

Responsibilties:

• Configure and commission DeltaV Distributed Control Systems.
• Perform startup support, troubleshooting, and system modifications.
• Diagnose and resolve DCS, field instrumentation, PLC interface, and industrial networking issues.
• Perform loop tuning, preventive maintenance, cybersecurity maintenance, and system optimization.
• Develop customer solutions using remote access, system backups, virtual environments, and testing platforms

Requirements:

• 2-5+ years of DeltaV configuration experience

• Experience commissioning and configuring Distributed Control Systems

• Willingness to travel up to 70% of time with 35% being overnights

• Ability to troubleshoot DCS systems independently
