Farmers Insurance is hiring an Insurance Agency Trainee for a hybrid position based in Tuscaloosa, AL that combines sales production with agency development. In this role, you will
be expected to sell and produce business, but the opportunity is designed for
candidates who want to go beyond a standard producer seat. This position is
built for individuals who want to learn how to contribute to agency growth,
client experience, and long-term operational success while building a
foundation in insurance sales.
