CDL A School Graduates - Home Weekly Position

Paid training, a dedicated mentor, and an assigned truck after successful completion. 10-4 Logistics USA is seeking recent CDL-A school graduates in the Jackson, Mississippi area who are ready to begin full-time regional driving. You will train one-on-one with a paid mentor, haul no-touch dry van freight, and receive the support needed to transition to solo driving.

Compensation and program highlights:

• $850 per week during paid training
• Expected solo earnings of $1,600–$1,800 or more per week
• Paid one-on-one mentor program
• Paid orientation
• Pay issued every Friday
• Assigned truck after successfully completing training

Driving opportunities:

• Eastern regional fleet
• Weekly or biweekly home time available

Eligibility requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Recent graduation from an accredited CDL school
• Completion of at least 120 hours of CDL training
• Satisfactory driving record
• Compliance with DOT and FMCSA requirements
• Willingness to learn, communicate professionally, and operate safely
