How You’ll Make It Happen
- Diagnose and correct issues in mechanical, electrical, and automated systems.
- Leverage PLCs, HMIs, and control architectures to quickly restore and optimize operations.
- Execute preventive maintenance on plant machinery and building systems.
- Use blueprints, schematics, and manuals to plan and perform accurate repairs.
- Support facility needs such as welding, plumbing, and general repairs.
- Document all work and uphold rigorous safety and compliance standards.
What Sets You Up for Success
- 2+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience or equivalent trade education.
- Strong electro-mechanical foundation with hands-on PLC and automation experience.
- Working knowledge of three-phase electrical systems, controls, and industrial machinery.
- Safety-oriented, detail-focused, and a collaborative teammate.
- Adaptable, eager to learn, and open to cross-training on various equipment.
Preferred Background
- Exposure to roll forming equipment.
- Training in LOTO, confined space entry, and forklift operation.
