Plaintiff Litigation Attorney – Culver City, CA (Toxic Tort / Mass Tort / Complex Litigation)

A national plaintiff firm focused on mesothelioma and asbestos-cancer victims is adding a litigation attorney to its Culver City, CA office. All of the work is claimant-side. One seat is open, junior or experienced.

What you'll do:

• Carry plaintiff cases through written discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
• Take and defend depositions; argue motions
• Build medical and exposure histories with clients and their families
• Travel frequently for depositions and hearings

What fits:

• Active California bar in good standing
• Plaintiff litigation experience — asbestos is ideal, but complex litigation, toxic tort, mass tort, medical malpractice, product liability, or premises liability all fit
• Strong junior attorneys with real deposition and motion experience are welcome
• Comfortable in the office most of the week, with flexibility for life when it happens

Compensation: $125,000 for junior attorneys, up to $200,000 with experience, and above that for an exceptional candidate. Full benefits.
