CDL A School Graduate - Regional Truck Driver

Our company is recruiting CDL‑A truck drivers with little or no experience to join a regional fleet based in Holland, MI. With consistent freight and mileage, these routes offer regular weekly home time, a competitive weekly paycheck, and a comprehensive benefits package effective from day one. This position is intended for recent CDL graduates seeking paid training, modern equipment, and full operational support as they begin a professional trucking career.

• Compensation: $1,600–$1,800 per week (via direct deposit every Friday). Safety and performance bonus opportunities available.

• Schedule and equipment: Regional routes with regular weekly home time, operating throughout Michigan and surrounding Midwestern states. Primarily no‑touch dry van freight with a high proportion of drop‑and‑hook. Assigned late‑model 2024–2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors.
• Minimum qualifications: Valid CDL‑A license. Completion of at least 120 hours of CDL instruction to qualify for the paid training program; prior paid driving experience is not required. Satisfactory driving record and commitment to safe driving practices. Ability to meet DOT hiring requirements, including passing a DOT physical and pre‑employment drug test.
