CNC Operators and Machinist

We're seeking CNC Machinists and Operators with CNC, Swiss CNC, setup, or machining experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines
• Read blueprints and job specifications
• Produce precision machined parts
• Perform inspections using measuring tools and gauges
• Maintain quality and close tolerances
• Complete inspection paperwork and SPC checks
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues
• Follow safety and production standards

Qualifications

• Prior CNC machining experience required
• Blueprint reading required
• GD&T and close tolerance experience preferred
• Swiss CNC experience is a plus

You should be proficient in:

• GD&T
• G-Code
• M-Code
• CNC Machine Setup & Changeover
• Machine Setups for Production Runs

Machines & technologies you'll use:

• CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) (Fanuc, Haas, Okuma, Doosan, Dmg Mori Seiki, Mazak, Makino)
• CNC Lathe (2-4 axis) (Mazak, Haas, Okuma, Doosan, Dmg Mori Seiki)
• CNC Swiss Lathe (Star, Citizen, Tsugami)
• CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC) (Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Mazak, Haas, Okuma)
• CNC Lathe (5+ axis) (Mazak, Okuma, Doosan, Dmg Mori Seiki)
